Dr. Ben Moore, PT, DPT
Ben grew up in Jackson, MS and has called Nashville home since 2011. He lives in Thompson's Station with his wife Colby, daughters Collins and Emerson, and their three dogs — Presley, Jackson, and Tucker.

Ben earned his B.S. in Exercise Science from Samford University in 2011 and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Belmont University in 2016. His roots in fitness go back to 2008, giving him nearly two decades of experience across almost every role the industry has to offer: large group classes, small group training, 1-on-1 personal training, and coaching other coaches. That depth of experience shapes everything about the way he practices today.

He founded EVO Performance Therapy in March 2018 with a clear purpose: create something the rehab world was missing. In a field still dominated by outdated, high-volume clinic models, EVO was built as something new — a practice rooted in longevity, movement health, and prevention. The goal isn't just getting you out of pain. It's helping you build a body that moves well, performs, and endures for decades. Every client gets 1-on-1, individualized care. No shortcuts. No assembly line.

With nearly two decades in the fitness industry and over a decade coaching, competing, and programming in the CrossFit space — including owning an affiliate and serving as head coach at others — Ben brings a perspective most clinicians simply don't have. He understands how athletes think, how they train, and what it takes to get them back to performing at their best. His clients have ranged from recreational athletes to elite military special forces operators and professional athletes across the NFL, NBA, MLB, and the CrossFit Games.

At EVO, the mission is straightforward: increase your healthspan, optimize how you move, and keep doing what you love — for decades to come.

When he's not in the clinic or training, you'll find him traveling with his family or playing guitar.
