If you have consented to receive text messages from EVO Performance Therapy, you will receive messages related to the following: new patient paperwork, scheduling, invoicing, time sensitive clinic updates, promotions or offers, general account management.

Messaging frequency may vary depending on type of communication. We will send approximately 1-10 texts a week if you are an active patient regarding appointments, invoices, and account management and other pertinent clinic updates.
